Procurement and Global Supply Chain

- Conducting strategic sourcing initiatives, including fact-based negotiations (supplier and industry analysis, benchmarks, cost structure analysis) for the categories
- Rationalizing the supply base by analyzing data or insights to understand industry trends and consumer trends
- Devising long-term development strategies for categories, coordinate with related functions both locally and globally for alignment and implementation
- Identifying gaps in the current framework and established standardized policies and procedures.
- Building bridges & collaborate with global teams in EU or regional offices in China and HK.
- Leading category projects to optimize and bundle ranges (i.e. low cost / value material merger and prioritization)
- Management of suppliers’ performance
- Foster trust relationships with suppliers to achieve better pricing and quality of services
- Identifying supplier risk areas and execute risk mitigation actions
- Handling / negotiating suppliers and forwarders contracts
- Supporting and leading inside the Transformation process, from single source and weak supplier bases, to a future orientated and sustainable successful outcome
